From rowing, to swimming, to running half marathons, full marathons and more recently 10k races being active is a huge part of who I am. I have left behind a career in the Actuarial Profession to pursue my passion. I want to use my experience, fitness knowledge and analytical skills to help you to achieve your individual fitness goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, improve your half marathon time, run your first 5k, or just become more active in your day to day life I will help you by making sure you train efficiently in the right way for your body. This individual approach will ensure you maximize the benefits of your training.

Training that works for you and your body
I will help you by making sure you train efficiently. This requires your body to be moving well, with the right muscles working together, and at the right time. Each training session will be individually tailored to you and your goals as well as working on correcting any muscular imbalances and reducing movement compensations. This approach will improve the way your body moves and therefore the efficiency and benefits of your training.
Training in my fully equipped home gym in Leigh (5 miles from both Reigate and Dorking).

All Round Fitness package (12 weeks), everything you need to achieve your fitness goals, including:
A 1 hour tailored PT session per week;
A detailed movement assessment and corrective strategies;
A personal weekly fitness plan;
One personal resistance based home session per week;
Ongoing motivational support.
Fitness and wellbeing package (12 weeks) which includes, everything in the All Round Fitness package, PLUS:
Detailed nutritional recommendations following the completion of a food diary; and
Ongoing nutritional and fitness support.
One off 1 hour PT sessions or 4, 8 or 12 week blocks of PT sessions, ideally after completion of the above packages to continue your personalised fitness plan or for those just wanting a regular personalised training session.
